Qiangyi Group: Plans to invest 1 billion yuan to build a probe card manufacturing base

QiangYi Company announced that it has reached a cooperation intention with the Management Committee of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone on the investment and construction of the QiangYi Semiconductor Probe Card Manufacturing Base project, and plans to sign an "Investment Agreement." At the same time, the "Investment Agreement" and its supplementary agreement for the QiangYi Semiconductor Probe Card Project signed by both parties on March 1, 2022 will be terminated automatically from the effective date of this agreement, and the unfulfilled contents under this agreement will no longer be fulfilled, and both parties will be exempt from any resulting liabilities. The total investment amount for this project is estimated to be 1 billion yuan, including land acquisition, factory construction and decoration, equipment purchase and installation, among which the fixed asset investment is approximately 230 million yuan.
