Standard & Poor's: Downgrades Meituan's (03690.HK) issuer credit rating to "BBB+" with a "Negative" outlook.

On March 4th, S&P lowered the credit rating of Meituan (03690.HK) from "A-" to "BBB+". Subsequently, S&P also lowered the issuer credit rating of the company's outstanding debt from "A-" to "BBB+".
