The third meeting of the high-level Sino-US track two dialogue was held in the United States.

From February 8th to 12th, 2026, Wu Ken, President of the Diplomatic Society, led a delegation to New York, USA to co-host the third meeting of the China-US high-level track two dialogue with the American team led by Evan Greenberg, Executive Vice Chairman of the National Committee on US-China Relations. Members of the Chinese delegation included: former Deputy Director of the Central Foreign Affairs Office Qiu Yuanping, Council advisor of the Diplomatic Society Cui Tiankai, former Vice President of the People's Bank of China Zhu Min, former Vice Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission Fang Xinghai, former Deputy Director of the Development Research Center of the State Council Wang Yiming, former Deputy Director of the Joint Staff Department of the Central Military Commission Yao Qin, and Director of the Strategic and Security Research Center at Tsinghua University Da Wei. Wu Xinbo, Dean of the Institute of International Affairs at Fudan University, and Li Shimou, Chairman of Chengwei Capital and founder of "Observer Net," participated online. During their stay in New York, the delegation also met with former American politicians, think tank representatives, and business people.
