Xu Hao, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Yungui Big Data Co., Ltd., has been expelled from the Party and removed from his public office.

According to the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, with the approval of the Guizhou Provincial Committee, the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has initiated a case investigation into the serious disciplinary and legal violations of Xu Hao, the former Party Secretary and Chairman of Yunguizhou Big Data Co., Ltd. After investigation, it was found that Xu Hao had lost his ideal belief, betrayed his original aspirations, disregarded the spirit of the Central Committee's eight regulations, blindly expanded projects, conducted wasteful and reputation-damaging "achievement projects", causing significant losses to national interests, accepted gifts and invitations that could affect the fair execution of official duties, did not fulfill his responsibilities correctly, violated national laws and regulations, engaged in corrupt practices, and illegally received huge amounts of property. Xu Hao's serious violations of the spirit of the Central Committee's eight regulations and work discipline constitute serious violations of duty and are suspected of bribery crimes. He has not rectified his behavior since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and his actions have had a serious and detrimental impact, therefore he should be severely dealt with. In accordance with relevant regulations such as the "Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Administrative Punishment Law for Public Officials of the People's Republic of China," the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection held a meeting and reported to the Guizhou Provincial Committee for approval. It was decided to expel Xu Hao from the Party, impose disciplinary measures on him, revoke his qualification as a representative of the 13th session of the Guizhou Provincial People's Congress, confiscate his illegally obtained assets, and transfer his suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial organs for investigation and prosecution, along with the related assets.
