The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the State Administration for Market Regulation have issued the "Guidance for Quality Upgrading of the Liquor Industry", which mentions speeding up the process of international development. They support carrying out domestic and international standard consistency comparative analysis, developing product grading classification, inspection and testing standards that are in line with international standards. They encourage enterprises to reasonably and compliantly invest in overseas acquisitions of raw material bases, distilleries, wineries, packaging centers, distribution channels, and strengthen international exchanges and cooperation to optimize global production layout. They also encourage enterprises to participate in international exhibitions and promotion activities, promoting more products to enter international duty-free shops, international chain restaurants, and other channels. They support the "promotion of a synergy between Chinese liquor products such as Baijiu and Huangjiu and Chinese cuisine when going global".
