On February 13th, two commercial land parcels in Jiahewanggang, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, were successfully sold. Guangdong Yuecheng Commercial Management Co., Ltd. acquired both parcels for a total price of 177 million yuan, with an expected investment of 350 million yuan to create a headquarters center for beauty and cosmetics e-commerce. The two parcels, AB2112043 and AB2112054, are located on the north side of Huaying Road, with a total land area of 7605 square meters and a calculated construction area of 24580 square meters. AB2112043 is adjacent to Exit G of Jiahewanggang Station, while AB2112054 is only a hundred meters away, highlighting the advantageous location and transportation.
