Deputy Governor of the People's Bank of China, Xuan Changneng, attended the Second Seminar on Emerging Market Economies.

From February 8th to 9th, 2026, Pan Changsheng, Vice President of the People's Bank of China, attended the second seminar series conference of emerging market economies jointly hosted by the International Monetary Fund and Saudi Arabia. The conference, with the theme of "Policies in the Reshaping of the International Trade and Financial System", focused on the opportunities and challenges faced by emerging market economies in the context of profound global economic changes. Pan Changsheng was invited to speak on the topic of global financial safety nets. During the conference, Pan Changsheng met with Saudi Deputy Finance Minister Haluf and some representatives of international financial organizations.
