Longyun Group: Vice General Manager He Yifan resigned for personal reasons.

Longyun Group announced on February 13th that the company's board of directors recently received the resignation report submitted by the company's deputy general manager, He Yifan. Due to personal reasons, He Yifan has requested to resign from the position of deputy general manager of the company. After resigning from the above position, He Yifan will no longer hold any other positions in the company. His resignation will not affect the normal production and operation of the company. According to the Company Law, the Articles of Association of the Company, and relevant regulations, He Yifan's resignation report will take effect upon delivery to the company's board of directors.
