Shanxi Expressway Corporation announced that the board of directors held a meeting on December 29, 2025, and approved the acquisition of 15% equity of Shanxi Transportation Industry Development Group Limited held by Suqi Group. The transaction price is 74.8 million yuan. As of the date of the announcement, the Industry Group has completed the business registration change procedures and the record filing of the articles of association. The company has paid the 74.8 million yuan equity transfer payment, and the equity of the target company has been completed. The company now holds a 15% stake in the Industry Group.
