OE light announced that in December 2023, the company plans to sell its properties and land use rights in Shenzhen to the Guangming District Government, with an estimated total price limit of 606 million yuan including tax. The property rights transfer was completed in January 2024, and the approved transaction price was 602 million yuan. By March 2025, the Guangming District Government had already paid 259 million yuan. Recently, the company received 312 million yuan, and as of the announcement date, the company had received a total of 572 million yuan in repurchase funds. The company will closely monitor the progress and disclose information in a timely manner.
