CSRC issued a report on the self-discipline inspection of securities industry practitioners in 2025.
The China Securities Industry Association recently reported on the self-discipline inspection of securities firms' employees management in 2025, pointing out that some securities firms have four typical problems in the implementation of new regulations. These include inadequate understanding and implementation of the "Management Rules," insufficient standardization of employee registration management, non-standard management of professional reputation information, and improper registration for employee testing. The CSIA has taken self-discipline measures and required the industry to make rectifications and improve management systems. Industry insiders believe that these problems reflect the inadequacies of some securities firms in the transition to "compliance first," emphasizing that strengthening management foundation has become an inevitable requirement for industry development.
