Huaxi Securities: Intends to increase capital in Huafu Fund, bringing ownership stake to 51%

Huaxin Securities announced that the company had reviewed and approved the proposal to increase capital for Huafu Fund and related transactions. As of July 31, 2025, the consolidated attributable equity of Huafu Fund to the parent company amounted to 639.7662 million yuan, with the equity value of the company's 49% share corresponding to 313.4854 million yuan. After this capital increase, the company's shareholding will increase from 49% to 51%, with the equity of Huafu Fund's owner increasing to 665.8792 million yuan. The company's equity value will increase by 26.113 million yuan, with the capital increase price being 26.4616 million yuan and an appreciation rate of 1.3%. Recently, the shareholders meeting of Huafu Fund passed the capital increase proposal, and the company and others have signed a capital increase agreement, which will take effect after approval by the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the change of equity.
