Shenzhen: reasonably increase the amount of consumer loans and extend the loan term under the premise of controllable risk.
The Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen, together with four other departments, issued the "Three-Year Action Plan to Optimize the Consumption Environment in Shenzhen". It proposes strengthening financial support, utilizing consumer and elderly re-lending, to enhance financing connections for the supply side of consumer and elderly service industries. Through measures such as financing guarantees and risk compensation, it aims to improve the ease of financing and accessibility for enterprises in the service consumption sector. Under controllable risks, it suggests reasonably increasing the amount of consumer loans and extending the loan terms. Establishing a consumer credit monitoring mechanism is also recommended to enhance supervision of the use and flow of consumer credit. Supporting insurance institutions to optimize products and services, exploring the development of insurance products with no reason for return services under legal compliance and controllable risks is encouraged. Strengthening the management and evaluation of fund performance, to accurately play the role of fiscal consumption promotion.
