Ukraine accuses Russia of "large-scale attacks" on Ukrainian energy facilities.

Ukraine's national electricity company and Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Shmyhal said on the 7th that Russia launched a new round of "large-scale attacks" on Ukrainian energy facilities that day, with the attacks still ongoing. Emergency power outages have been implemented in most parts of Ukraine.
