Supreme People's Procuratorate: The number of dangerous driving cases has dropped significantly for two consecutive years, but it still remains as the most common type of cases accepted.

Today, it was learned from the Supreme People's Procuratorate that from January to November 2025, national prosecutors accepted a total of 236,000 dangerous driving cases transferred by public security organs, a decrease of 22.1% compared to the previous year; 211,000 people were prosecuted, a decrease of 17.2% compared to the previous year, and dangerous driving cases have seen significant declines for two consecutive years. At the same time, dangerous driving remains the most commonly accepted crime by prosecutor's offices, accounting for 14.4% of all criminal cases accepted.
