Beiqi Blue Valley announced that its subsidiary Beiqi New Energy plans to invest 1.991 billion yuan to build the Enjoy Realm Super Factory high-end platform vehicle industrialization and production line intelligent upgrading project. The project has been approved by the company's 15th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors, without requiring shareholder approval, and does not involve related party transactions or major asset restructuring. The project construction period is 14 months, with an expected start date in March 2026. It will involve upgrades in four core areas such as stamping and forging, aiming to have production capacity for BE223.0 high-end platform vehicles. However, there are risks in the implementation of the project, including progress, market, and approval risks.
