Yulit announced that previously the company disclosed the reduction plans of directors Yang Zhiling, Sun Qiao, Zhou Jianhua, and Zhang Xing: they intended to reduce holdings of not more than 7245 shares, 2100 shares, 12725 shares, and 12800 shares, accounting for no more than 0.0065%, 0.0019%, 0.0114%, and 0.0115% of the total share capital. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the four individuals have completed the reduction as planned through centralized bidding, with reduction amounts of 289,800 yuan, 78,500 yuan, 401,000 yuan, and 398,300 yuan respectively. The reduction plan has been completed.
