Tianyancha business information shows that recently, the Xuzhou Xugong Zhiyuan Zhanxin Advanced Intelligent Manufacturing Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise was established, with China Merchants Zhiyuan Capital Investment Co., Ltd. as the executive general partner. The fund has a total capital contribution of 1 billion RMB and its business scope includes engaging in equity investment, investment management, asset management, and other activities through private equity funds. The partners of the fund include Xuzhou Strategic Emerging Industry Mother Fund Limited Company, Xugong Group Industrial Investment Development Co., Ltd., and China Merchants Zhiyuan Capital Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Merchants Securities.
