More than five years later, Xunlei Company and its subsidiary, Wangxin Technology, sued former CEO Chen Lei and his core team for "damaging the company's interests responsibility dispute", seeking an amount of up to 200 million yuan. The case has been accepted by the relevant court in Shenzhen. This dispute, spanning over five years, directly targets a company called "Xingronghe". The plaintiff accuses this company of being a "shadow system" controlled by former CEO Chen Lei and thereby constructing a hidden chain of interest transmission. (Yicai)
