The company will rent out part of the factory and dormitory located in Lianhuan Road, Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province to Heshi Technology and Huajin Communication for production and operation. The lease term is 6 years. The total rental fee for Heshi Technology is 405,000 RMB per year; the total rental fee for Huajin Communication is 1,656,000 RMB per year, with a 10% increase every three years in the total rental fee.
