On December 26th, Huo Fupeng, Director of the Innovation-Driven Development Center of the National Development and Reform Commission and Chairman of the National Entrepreneurship Investment Guidance Fund Co., Ltd., stated that the National Entrepreneurship Investment Guidance Fund has completed its business registration and management system construction. At a special press conference held by the National Development and Reform Commission on that day, Huo Fupeng stated that the National Entrepreneurship Investment Guidance Fund has established a three-tier structure of "Fund Company - Regional Fund - Sub-Fund". The regional fund is an important carrier to implement the national strategic intent, the main body for amplifying national funds and conducting investment business, and a key link to promote the smooth and efficient operation of the fund.
