Golden Cup Electrician announced that on December 25, 2025, the company received notification from shareholder, director and senior executive Zhou Zuqin, who holds more than 5% of the shares, that he had reduced his holdings by 9.3438 million shares through block trading and bulk trading from December 8 to 25, accounting for 1.28438% of the total shares excluding repurchased shares. After this equity change, Zhou Zuqin's holdings decreased to 36.374615 million shares, accounting for 4.99999%, no longer making him a shareholder with more than 5% ownership. This reduction is in accordance with the previous plan, does not violate any commitments, and the reduction plan has not been fully implemented yet.
