All of these subsidiaries have a registered capital of 1 million RMB, and their business scope includes research and development of automotive components, manufacturing of automotive components and parts, etc. Zhumie Tech officially announced its plans to enter the automotive industry in August of this year, with the first model expected to debut in 2027. As the main entity of Zhumie Tech's automotive production, Xingkong Project was registered and established in January of this year.
