Recently, artist Zhu Xiaotian claimed in a fan group that he has reported Mayday's affiliated talent agency "Believe Music" for multiple alleged violations, including colluding with scalpers to resell tickets, transferring funds through cross-border trading companies to evade taxes, forcing artists to lip sync, and even involving political stances. According to Tianyancha App, Believe Music Cultural Media Co., Ltd. was established in March 2007, with Xie Zhifen as the legal representative and a registered capital of 2 million RMB. Its business scope includes organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities, literary and artistic creation, and other cultural and artistic brokerages, jointly held by Xie Zhifen and Chen Yongzhi. External investment information shows that the company wholly owns Believe Music Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., established in May 2011, with Luo Huiying as the legal representative and a registered capital of 500,000 RMB, engaged in corporate image planning, cultural and artistic exchange planning, and public relations event planning. It is worth noting that Xie Zhifen is also associated with Jianbao Trading Co., Ltd., established in December 2009, with Chen Yongzhi as the legal representative and a registered capital of 500,000 RMB, involved in import and export of goods, technology, and domestic cargo transportation agency, jointly held by Xie Zhifen and Chen Yongzhi.
