Shanghai Stock Exchange Releases "Shanghai Stock Exchange Bond Issuance Guidelines No. 5 - Trust Management of Corporate Bonds"

In order to further clarify the duties of the trustee of corporate bonds, encourage active credit management, and promote the improvement and efficiency of corporate bond trustee management business, the Shanghai Stock Exchange has researched and formulated the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Bond Continuing Business Guide No. 5 - Corporate Bond Trustee Management". It is now published and will be implemented from the date of publication.
