China Chengtong Development Group (00217.HK) subsidiary has signed a post-sale leaseback agreement with Zhuji City Transportation and Logistics.

Zhtng Cijng APP news, China Chengtong Development Group (00217.HK) announced that on December 22, 2025, Chengtong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (Chengtong Financial Leasing, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed a sale and leaseback agreement with lessee Zhuji City Transportation Logistics Co., Ltd. Accordingly, Chengtong Financial Leasing will purchase lease assets from the lessee and lease the assets back to the lessee for a period of 3 years, with the option to terminate early based on the terms and conditions of the sale and leaseback agreement.
