Tan the carpenter: Plan to relocate the company's registration from the Cayman Islands to Hong Kong.

Tonny the carpenter announced on the evening of December 22nd on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the board of directors recommends applying to the Companies Registry in accordance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) to move the company's registration from the Cayman Islands to Hong Kong. After obtaining the registration certificate from the Companies Registry, the company will apply to deregister in the Cayman Islands. In terms of the move, the board of directors will subsequently propose to adopt new regulations in accordance with Hong Kong laws, to replace the existing articles of association and regulations. The company will issue further announcements in due course regarding the details of this proposal and other related proposals related to the move.
