MiniMax Group Inc.'s Hong Kong IPO has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice on the overseas issuance and listing filing of MiniMax Group Inc., the company plans to issue no more than 33,577,240 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
