(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") owned subsidiary Shaoguan Dongjiang Environmental Protection Recycling Resources Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shaoguan Dongjiang") intends to sign a "Stone Sales Contract" with Guangdong Daobaoshan Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Daobaoshan Mining"). Shaoguan Dongjiang will purchase stones from Daobaoshan Mining, with a quantity not exceeding 75,000 tons and a total price including tax not exceeding RMB 1.4895 million.
