Recently, UCloud and BYD Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. officially signed a letter of intent for cooperation, announcing that they will launch comprehensive strategic cooperation in the field of immersion liquid cooling servers, jointly establish a joint laboratory, and accelerate the landing of green and efficient computing power infrastructure. The two parties will integrate technology, manufacturing, and market resources to form synergies in three main directions: first, jointly establish an immersion liquid cooling server joint laboratory; second, jointly develop and iterate new generations of immersion liquid cooling server products; third, continuously expand green computing power and strategic cooperation opportunities in new areas.
