Kerryde: Nonggu Group plans to reduce its shareholding in the company by no more than 3%

On December 21st, Kerry announced that Hubei Nonggu Industrial Group Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding 9.49% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its total number of shares by no more than 11.03 million shares through centralized bidding or bulk trading.
