Smart Financial APP News, Seven Color Chemical (300758.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds of 16.8 million RMB to acquire 12.00% equity of Liaoning Tiancai Material Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tiancai Material") held by Wang Zhiyuan. After the completion of this transaction, Seven Color Chemical will hold 72.00% of Tiancai Material's shares. The Tiancai Material new material project is currently in the production stage.
