Recently, the Civil Aviation Administration issued the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of 'Artificial Intelligence + Civil Aviation'". The "Implementation Opinions" clearly outline the overall requirements for the high-quality development of "Artificial Intelligence + Civil Aviation", adhering to the overall principles of "innovation-driven, safety-controlled, demand-oriented, scenario-enabled, basic-first, key breakthrough, system layout, and coordinated promotion," and deeply promoting the innovation of artificial intelligence to empower the industry. The "Implementation Opinions" propose that by 2027, the integration of artificial intelligence with civil aviation safety, operations, travel, logistics, supervision, planning, and construction will be achieved, with initial results in the construction of core support elements of civil aviation artificial intelligence; by 2030, widespread and deep integration of artificial intelligence with various fields of civil aviation will be achieved, with the gradual improvement of the governance and safety guarantee system of civil aviation artificial intelligence, making artificial intelligence a strong engine driving the high-quality development of civil aviation.
