Zhejiang Ningbo: Relaxing conditions for the registration of business entities' residential addresses.

The General Office of the People's Government of Ningbo recently issued the "Implementation Measures for Relaxing the Registration Conditions of Business Entities' Domiciles in Ningbo City". It proposes allowing shared office spaces to be registered as domiciles, but shared office spaces should meet the reasonable needs of multiple business entities to carry out daily work together. For industries such as software development, cultural creativity, and animation design that are mainly engaged in creative and intellectual services and have minimal impact on the surrounding environment, residential properties can be registered as domiciles, but they must comply with the provisions of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations.
