Amazon Web Services releases multiple new features for Agentic AI.

At the 2025 re:Invent global conference, Amazon Web Services announced the launch of multiple new Agentic AI features for Amazon Connect, covering four major areas: automated AI agents that can independently perform operations on voice and digital channels; real-time AI assistants that can collaborate with customer service representatives; predictive customer insights for proactive interactions; and comprehensive observability tools for monitoring, testing, and evaluating AI performance. In addition, Amazon Web Services introduced a new Agent feature in Amazon Transform to advance code and application modernization.
