Fujian: Constructing urban-level data centers around the Fuzhou metropolitan area and the Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Quanzhou metropolitan area.

Fujian Province has issued a number of measures to promote the orderly development of computing power infrastructure. It mentions optimizing the spatial layout of computing power. Accelerating the construction of a province-wide integrated computing power network layout with "one core, two zones, and multiple points". With the Digital Fujian Industrial Park as the core, the construction of high-performance data centers will lead the demonstration application of computing power resources. Building city-level data centers around the Fuzhou Metropolitan Area and the Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Quanzhou Metropolitan Area to promote the effective radiation of computing power resources in the northeast and southwest of Fujian Province, encouraging the synergistic development areas, and supporting Fuzhou New Area and Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone to jointly build a computing power cooperation hub for both sides of the Taiwan Strait. Other regions will, based on their own development reality and resource endowment, establish edge computing power nodes in an orderly manner to meet local real-time computing power application needs.
