According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, on December 1, 2025, the Electronic Information Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized a seminar in Beijing to solicit opinions on the preparation of the China Artificial Intelligence Terminal Industry Association. At the meeting, leaders from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, China Academy of Electronics and Information Industry Development, National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center, China Electronics Technology Standardization Research Institute, Fifth Electronics Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Industrial Internet Research Institute, China Electronics Society and other relevant units exchanged views on the work measures and future development direction of preparing the association. The participants unanimously agreed that the establishment of the China Artificial Intelligence Terminal Industry Association is of great significance, and it is necessary to accelerate the preparation work of the association, create a truly representative and service-oriented organization for the industry, and promote the high-quality development of China's artificial intelligence terminal industry.
