Industry insiders said on Sunday that Samsung Electronics' next-generation high-bandwidth memory, HBM4, will begin shipping after the Lunar New Year holiday. Samsung plans to start delivering HBM4 to NVIDIA as early as the third week of February for the American chip giant's next-generation artificial intelligence accelerator platform, Vera Rubin. NVIDIA is expected to showcase the Vera Rubin product with Samsung's HBM4 for the first time at the NVIDIA GTC 2026 conference next month. (The Korea Economic Daily)
