Shanshan Group: Wanwei Group may become the new controlling shareholder.

Shanshan Group announced that the company's controlling shareholder Shanshan Group and its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Pengze Trading Co., Ltd. have signed a restructuring investment agreement with the restructuring investors Wanwei Group and Ningbo Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. If the restructuring is successful, the company's controlling rights will change, with Wanwei Group becoming the controlling shareholder and the actual controller being the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Anhui Province. After the signing of the agreement, the relevant restructuring plan still needs to be submitted to the creditors' meeting, voted by the contributing parties, and approved by the court, with uncertainty about the results.
