It is reported that Samsung's HBM4 will be shipped and delivered to NVIDIA within this month.

Industry insiders said on Sunday that Samsung Electronics' next-generation high-bandwidth memory, HBM4, will begin shipping after the Lunar New Year holiday. Samsung plans to start delivering HBM4 to Nvidia as early as the third week of February for use in the American chip giant's next-generation artificial intelligence accelerator platform, Vera Rubin. It is expected that Nvidia will showcase Vera Rubin products equipped with Samsung HBM4 for the first time at the NVIDIA GTC 2026 conference next month.
