On November 16, 2025, at 9:15 am, the Beijing Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued a yellow alert signal for strong winds. It is expected that on the 16th during the day, most areas of the city will experience gusts of 7-8 levels, some areas could reach above 9 levels, and in mountainous areas, it could reach above 10 levels.
