International oil prices slightly rose on the 10th.

As of the close of trading that day, the price of light crude oil futures for delivery in December on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose by 38 cents to close at $60.13 per barrel, an increase of 0.64%; while the price of Brent crude oil futures for delivery in January rose by 43 cents to close at $64.06 per barrel, an increase of 0.68%.
