China Electric Power Construction Group: Signs contract for 3.415 billion yuan offshore wind power project.

Huadian Science and Technology Corporation Announcement: Recently, as the lead partner of a consortium, the company, along with three other members of the consortium, including Jiangsu Hengtong High Voltage Submarine Cable Co., Ltd., signed a contract with the Central and Southern Survey and Design Institute of China Energy Construction Group for the construction and installation of the foundation, wind turbine and submarine cable procurement and laying for the 1 million kilowatt offshore wind power project in Dandong Donggang, Liaoning. The total contract amount is approximately 3.415 billion yuan. The contract includes a total of 84 machine locations, including single pile foundation engineering, wind turbine installation engineering, submarine cable and accessories procurement, submarine cable laying, etc. The contract amount accounts for approximately 45.29% of the company's most recent audited operating income, and successful performance will have a positive impact on the company's operating performance.
