Former deputy director of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Transportation, secondary inspector Li Zhiwu is under disciplinary review and supervision investigation.

The Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of the Yunnan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision stationed in the Yunnan Provincial Department of Transportation announced on November 4th that Li Zhiwu, former deputy director of the Yunnan Provincial Highway Administration and a second-level inspector, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team stationed in the provincial Department of Transportation. As designated by the Yunnan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, he is also under the jurisdiction of the Chuxiong Prefectural Commission of Supervision and is currently undergoing investigation by the Chuxiong Prefectural Commission of Supervision.
