Yishi Precision: Termination of Equity Acquisition Intention Agreement

Yishi Precision announced that the company has signed an "Equity Acquisition Intent Agreement" with Lu Anshu, Zhou Lei, Tan Yuanzhi, Zhu Li, Wu Lingfan, Xu Haiying, Jin Jie, and Wuxi Xinyihe Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise regarding the acquisition of 51% equity of Tongyhe Precision Technology Co., Ltd. in cash. However, the parties involved in the transaction failed to reach an agreement on key terms such as performance commitments and transaction prices, and decided to terminate the acquisition. The termination of the "Equity Acquisition Intent Agreement" was the result of mutual agreement among the parties involved in the transaction and does not constitute a breach of contract or liability for breach of contract. It will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's production, operation, and financial condition.
