Shanghai Maling Aquarius (600073.SH) announced that the 9th Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from the company's director and president, Mr. Zhang Qingfeng. Due to changes in his work, Mr. Zhang Qingfeng resigned from his position as director and president of the 9th Board of Directors of the company, as well as from the position of member of the Strategic Committee of the 9th Board of Directors. The resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. After resigning, Mr. Zhang Qingfeng will no longer hold any position in the company.
