On February 29, Hong Kong Financial Secretary and Secretary for Treasury Christopher Hui announced in a press conference that the policy measures in the "Financial Budget" cover a wide range of areas, with the New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme officially accepting applications starting tomorrow. Hui pointed out that the Hong Kong Investment Promotion Agency will announce relevant details. He hopes that the new scheme will help enhance Hong Kong's advantages in asset and wealth management and related professional sectors, as well as support the development of the innovation and technology industry. In addition, Hui mentioned that the Financial Week in March will feature a series of important financial events, including the "Wealth and Hong Kong" summit. In September, Hong Kong will host the Fifth "Belt and Road" Tax Administration Cooperation Forum.
