BIDU-SW (09888) appoints Liu Xiaodan as new independent director.

BIDU-SW(09888) announced that the board of directors has appointed Ms. Liu Xiaodan to succeed Mr. Brent Callinicos as the new independent director and chair of the board's audit committee, effective February 23, 2025. Ms. Liu Xiaodan currently serves as a managing partner at the leading Chinese private equity firm Morningstar Capital. In addition, Mr. Callinicos has resigned from his positions as independent director and chair of the board's audit committee for personal reasons. His resignation is not due to any disputes or disagreements with the company.
