DOBOT (02432) announced that on October 20, 2026, the trustee purchased a total of 50,000 H shares from the market in accordance with the terms and conditions of the H-share share incentive plan; as of the date of this announcement, the trustee has purchased an aggregate of approximately 1.05 million H shares, with the total consideration for the purchased H shares amounting to approximately HK$24.8533 million, and holds them in trust for the benefit of eligible participants.
