On the news front, on October 20, Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, led a delegation to visit XPeng AeroHT's flying car mass-production factory, toured the world's first flying car mass-production line, and unveiled the first Land Aircraft Carrier (X3-F) to be deployed in the UAE's advanced low-altitude flight regulatory demonstration zone, receiving the experimental aircraft on site. On the same day, the Ras Al Khaimah delegation toured the production line in depth, moving through the connection workshop and the final assembly workshop, and observed firsthand the entire process of the Land Aircraft Carrier from carbon fiber fuselage manufacturing to complete vehicle rollout. They conducted an on-site inspection of AeroHT's mass-production factory's production system, which integrates automotive industry efficiency with aviation quality standards. The delegation also witnessed the official rollout of the first Land Aircraft Carrier to be deployed in the UAE's advanced low-altitude flight regulatory demonstration zone. Unlike previous static viewings at exhibitions and demonstration sites, the Ruler received an aircraft that had just come off the production line, possessed a complete mass-production process, and could be directly put into trial operation. This is also the first time that China's flying car manufacturing system has received a foreign dignitary's inspection in the form of a complete industrial site. It is understood that after the first batch of experimental aircraft is delivered to the UAE, sandbox trial operations will be carried out under the supervision of the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority. In the next stage, the two sides will advance specific work around product certification, cross-emirate route planning, and the establishment of an operating system, exploring the path for the implementation and operation of personal low-altitude flight in the Middle East.
